Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable 0 to 3 days before arrival date. Mt. Shasta Ski Park reserves the right to change operation dates and times at their own discretion due to conditions. If the park is closed due to unforeseeable events, it is at the discretion of the Mt Shasta Ski Park to transfer or refund the lift ticket.
